CAROL M. "Carrie" FLYNN
Age 39, of Bellbrook, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2006 at Ohio State University Medical Center. Carrie was born March 2, 1967 in Dayton to the Diane Carol (Obal) Flynn and James William Flynn. She had formerly worked as a Medical Secretary. Carrie was active in Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church Singles Group, particularly with volleyball. She enjoyed weight lifting, exercise, and being physically fit.
She volunteered at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. She was preceded in death by her grandma, Joan Sansweet. Carrie is survived by her daughter Amber Wiehe, father James William Flynn, Sr. & his companion Karen Russell, mother Diane, brother Jim Flynn & his wife Trinette, sister Debbie Smarsh & her husband John, & their children Lauren & Nick Benvenuto & Kassidy Smarsh , brother Steve Flynn & his daughter Lana, grandpa John Sansweet, & many special family and friends too numerous to list. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Monday, November 6 at Conner & Koch Funeral Home, 92 West Franklin Street (S.R. 725), Bellbrook. Funeral services 11:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home. Pastor Dale McCloud will be officiating. Interment in Bellbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Amber Wiehe College Fund, c/o Key Bank, 18 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook, Ohio 45305. The family would like to thank the Oak Creek OB/Gyn "Family" and Ron Galyon and family for their love and support. Carrie was most proud of her daughter Amber. She enjoyed her work and volunteering at Bellbrook Fire Dept. She will be lovingly remembered for her giving spirit, her driven and determined personality and how she always got in the last word. Carrie always made the person who was with her feel like they were the most important person. She was thoughtful and remembered special occasions with just the right card. Carrie will also be remembered for always doing the right thing, as an animal lover, and being talented at making a house a home. She was a very dedicated aunt. Carrie will remain to be seen in everything pretty.
